What we do
Patrick Dique Builders bring a lifetime of experience to building in the community. We have a proactive approach and believe in embracing new ideas and materials. To this end we work hand in hand with architects to deliver the best possible constructions.
Our professional team of builders, carpenters, plumbers and electricians work together to provide a high standard construction finish. We supply home warranty insurance policy for any project over $20 000 and all work comes with our personal guarantee of quality.
As builders in a rural area, good word and reputation are the cornerstones of our success. We strive to source locally produced materials and are consistently mindful of energy efficiency and our Australian landscape.
About Patrick
Prior to moving to Dorrigo Patrick was immersed in carpentry, building and fine woodwork at his Blue Mountains home, where he owned and operated the Warranah Woodcraft Gallery and Workshop. After relocating to Dorrigo in 1989 he built extensively on the Plateau, working with local artisans to create a strong reputation. In the last 10 years he joined the Master Builder Association and in 2012 received Master Builder Assocation Award for Best Rural Homestead.
Award winning construction
In 2012 Patrick Dique Builders received the prestigious Master Builder Association Award for Best Rural Homestead in the annual MBA Excellence in Regional Building Award, held at Ballina. The architects were Pearson‐Smith and Associates P/Ltd. This modern replica is faithful to the Victorian style and utilised local Blackbutt and Tallowwood timber sourced from the Dorrigo Plateau and Thora.
