Award-Winning Turn of the Century Rural Homestead
Designed by Architects Pearson-Smith and Associates, this house is Victorian in style and is true to both concept and detail. This modern replica is faithful to a place in Australia’s history. We are very proud to present this house on the Dorrigo Plateau, which won a Master Builders Excellence in Regional Building Award in 2012.
Cork Trust Senior Housing
These state of the art houses were designed by regional architects and will be duplicated throughout the Cork Trust Senior Housing project in Dorrigo. The houses as well as the adjacent Medical Centre are completely self-sufficient, producing all their heating and energy from solar energy. We feel privileged to be a part of this project and to have had the opportunity to build these state of the art homes for our Senior Citizens.
Traditional Queenslander
This house combines the quality and style of old design with modern techniques. Designed by Architect Jim Byrne to replicate a style commonly referred to as a Queenslander, it includes lined decorative verandahs, double hung, double glazed aluminium windows, and traditional style weatherboards. The house is fully insulated, both underfloor and in the external walls and ceiling. We are proud to display this home which is situated on a rural block on the Dorrigo Plateau.
